1. What is TaekC?

A new venture in the area of transportation. We are in the process of tieing up with transport operators across India to offer a broad spectrum of transportation needs. This can be as simple as an airport transfer, railway station or bus deport drop to local transport, out station tours or fleet of vehicles for seminars, conference requirements or events.

 

In short, TaekC plans to be a one-stop shop for all transport requirements.

 

2. Booking Process.

Currently there are 2 methods of making a booking -

 

a. By calling on +91 9999660092.

b. By visiting our website www.taekc.com.

 

On successfully doing a booking, a confirmation will be sent. Before the actual travel time, driver’s name and mobile number along with vehicle number will be sent to the registered mobile by an SMS.

 

3. Amending / cancelling a booking.

Any booking can be amended by calling us or sending us an email provided there is at least 4 hours prior notice. Any preponement or postponement will be treated as a new booking and the earlier booking will have to be cancelled. The new booking will be confirmed subject to prevailing availability.

 

4. Cancellation charges.

a) Any booking cancelled up to 4 hours prior to travel time, there will be a 10% cancellation amount.

b) Any booking amended up to 4 hours prior to travel time, no cancellation amount will be charged, provided a new booking is confirmed.

c) Any booking amended/cancelled within 4 hours of travel time, there will be 100% cancellation amount.

d) No refund in case of client not turning up for the requested service.

 

All Taxes, cancellation and amendment charges are subject to change without notice and must be borne by the Customer

 

5. Waiting period

Waiting period greater than 15 minutes will mean a waiting charge of Rs. 50 for every 30 minutes.

 

6. Vehicle fails to come.

Kindly call the driver and check status. In case the driver is stuck in traffic or unable to reach in time, speak to customer care executive. The executive will try to provide alternate service. In this case there will be no charge.

 

Unfortunately, no compensation will be possible. Hence, ensure there is sufficient time to prevent last minute hiccups.

 

7. When to book.

Ideally, booking requires to be done at least 2 hours prior to travel time. Preferably earlier the booking, more the guarantee of confirmation of service. 

 

8. Payment procedures.

You have three options of making payment -

a) Most popular – payment to driver

b) On line on our website

c) Corporate deposit

 

9. Other expenses.

All parking fees, waiting charges, toll taxes, etc. would be charged as per actual and paid to the driver at the end of the trip. Unless advised differently.
